We are currently recruiting a Senior Team Member on behalf of a major nationwide food-on-the-go retailer known for its friendly, high-energy store culture and excellent employee perks.
About the Role
As a Senior Team Member, you will play a key role in supporting the daily running of the shop floor while delivering outstanding service to customers across all channels—in-shop, Click & Collect, delivery, and drive-thru. You will support the Shop Manager and Supervisors by taking on keyholder responsibilities and looking after the shop during specific times of the day.
Key Responsibilities
Keyholder Responsibilities: Open or close the shop at scheduled times and step up to assist with daily store oversight.
Management Support: Assist Shop Managers and Supervisors in maintaining high operational standards across the shop.
Customer Service: Provide warm, fast, and friendly service across all ordering channels.
Product Preparation: Assist in preparing food products, including sandwich making and oven baking.
Store Upkeep: Ensure display counters are fully stocked, organized, clean, and welcoming for customers.
Candidate Requirements
Retail Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail or food-service environment.
Leadership Potential: Keyholder willingness with supervisory potential (prior supervisory experience is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided).
Reliability: Responsible, trustworthy, and organized with a strong work ethic.
