Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to find friendly, hands-on individuals to join their Market Street and Café team in Maldon.

In this role, you will help prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for—from serving warm meals in the Café to preparing fresh fish, meat, or pizzas on Market Street. You will work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, and you'll receive cross-training in other areas like Replenishment and Customer Service to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve fresh food items in the Café and across Market Street counters.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, helping shoppers find what they need and resolving queries with a smile.

• Follow structured routines, timed activities, and safety processes while operating equipment safely.

• Cross-train and support other store departments, including Replenishment and Customer Service, demonstrating strong teamwork and flexibility.
