In this role, you are the absolute backbone of the regional supply chain. You’ll roll up your sleeves, work independently through store orders, and ensure thousands of products successfully reach local shelves. What You’ll Do

• Voice Picking: Accurately follow system picking instructions delivered through your headset to retrieve items quickly and efficiently.

• Handle Diverse Stock: Securely pack a variety of products, including fresh meat, fruit, chilled items, and frozen goods.

• Pallet Building: Ensure all outgoing delivery pallets are perfectly stacked, stable, and ready for transport.

• Quality Checks: Spot and report any damaged inventory to the shift manager.

• Target Management: Take independent ownership of your workflow to consistently meet your daily picking targets.
