As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will manage a varied MSK caseload, providing assessment, evidence-based treatment, and tailored rehabilitation programs. Supported by a Regional Clinical Lead and on-site leadership, you will participate in clinical audits, maintain governance standards, and build strong professional relationships within a supportive clinical setting.
Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, ranging from sports injuries to occupational health issues.
Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based clinical care while ensuring ongoing monitoring and high standards of treatment quality.
Adhere to professional, clinical, and integrated governance standards, actively participating in quality assurance processes and clinical audits.
BSc degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with active Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
Strong clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills, backed by evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
