The Role

We are looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive Shift Manager to join the team in Musselburgh! You will keep the shop floor running like clockwork, motivate your colleagues, and step up to lead the store when the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager are away.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Shift: Delegate tasks, solve daily problems quickly, and support your team.

• Store Operations: Manage inventory, stock freshness, cash processes, and deliveries.

• Customer Service: Make sure every customer has a great experience when they visit.

• Step Up: Take full responsibility for the store and staff during your shifts.

• Experience leading a team to hit targets in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• The ability to stay calm, patient, and friendly in any situation.

• Strong skills in task delegation and motivating others.

• A proactive attitude and a passion for helping colleagues grow.

What You’ll Receive

• Hourly Pay: £15.45 - £15.95 per hour.

• Premium Pay: An extra £2.00/hr on bank holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts.
