About the Role
Are you a dedicated clinical professional looking for an empowering night-shift role where your expertise is truly valued?
As a Night Nurse (RGN) at Archview Lodge Care Home, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents during the night to ensure they receive the highest quality of person-centred care. You will create a safe and supportive environment while using your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing tailored, comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments
Administering medication safely and maintaining clinical excellence throughout the night
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support residents with diverse physical and mental needs
Delivering compassionate, professional nursing with full autonomy to do things the right way
About You
To join us as a Night Nurse, you will need:
Current NMC registration (RGN)
Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
A dedicated, compassionate, and thoughtful approach to nursing
