Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care, carrying out clinical assessments, administering medication, and coordinating care plans to meet residents' individual needs. You will also provide leadership to the care team, working closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high-quality nursing care, including medication administration, clinical procedures, and resident assessments.

• Supervise and support the care team, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered throughout each shift.

• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to review care needs and ensure accurate care planning.

Requirements

• First Level Nursing qualification with a current NMC registration.

• Minimum of two years' post-registration nursing experience with strong knowledge of care planning and clinical practice.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding resident care.
