What You Will Do

• Drive Store Success: Take full accountability for your store's day-to-day performance, optimizing processes, and managing key store KPIs.

• Inspire Your Team: Lead by example to create a positive, productive environment where every colleague is supported to do their best work.

• Solve Problems: Swiftly handle operational challenges to keep the store running smoothly and the team focused on their tasks.

• Champion the Customer: Ensure your team delivers an exceptional, friendly shopping experience to everyone who visits.

What You Need

• Proven experience managing and developing a team in a busy, fast-paced retail or customer-focused environment.

• Strong business acumen with the confidence to monitor, report on, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Excellent delegation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to tackle tricky conversations professionally.
