HC-One is looking for a non-clinical Night Manager at Sedgley Court in Sedgley, Dudley. You will take responsibility for a section of the home and the quality of care delivered there, and run the whole home overnight when the Home Manager and Deputy are not on site – including duties such as giving medicines and reporting changes in residents' health.

• Pay: £17.00 – £18.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

• Shifts: nights

• Location: Sedgley Court, Sedgley, Dudley

What you'll need

• Proven leadership experience in a care home for vulnerable adults

• A strong focus on residents' dignity and wellbeing

• Knowledge of how to recognise, report and escalate safeguarding concerns

• Willingness to complete the required safeguarding training
