About the Role
Are you friendly, reliable, and looking for a role that gets you out and about? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with leading retailers to recruit a dedicated Customer Delivery Driver for a prominent supermarket in Rugby.
In this role, you will be the friendly face of the brand on the road, delivering groceries directly to customers' homes. It is a hands-on, active, and varied position where you will enjoy working independently while having a supportive team back at base.
Availability Requirements
Sunday: 08:00 – 20:00
Monday: 19:00 – 23:00
Thursday: 19:00 – 23:00
Friday: 14:00 – 22:30

Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your van, trays, and work area clean, organised, and fully checked to ensure safe and reliable deliveries.
Safe Loading: Load vehicles securely and perform essential pre-journey checks.
Customer Care: Guide customers through order changes, substitutions, or refunds in a warm, reassuring manner.
Timely Deliveries: Complete deliveries within assigned time slots while providing exceptional doorstep service.
Product Handling: Handle all items with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
What We Are Looking For
Driving Licence: Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) held for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
Great Communicator: Warm, welcoming, and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
Adaptable: Quick to respond to changing needs on the road and in-store.
