Position: Line Coordinator - Nights
Location: Boston (Home to a team of around 400 colleagues producing ready-to-eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for major retailers like Co-op, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar, and BOL)
Pay Rate: Up to £16.08 per hour
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday, 18:00 – 02:00 (Nights)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated supervisory and operations talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their Boston facility, we are currently seeking a proactive and organized Line Coordinator for the night shift to supervise production line activities, coordinate staff deployment, and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities
Line Supervision & Workflow: Coordinate daily production line activities and staff deployment to meet performance targets, KPIs, and production plans.
Quality & Compliance: Monitor product quality, ensure compliance with specifications, carry out line start-up checks, and enforce strict health, safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures.
Team Leadership & Administration: Support the training and coaching of line operatives, manage attendance and performance, maintain housekeeping standards, and complete accurate production paperwork and reports.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing or production environment (Food or wider FMCG manufacturing experience is highly desirable).
Core Skills: Good level of English and maths, a basic understanding of health & safety and food hygiene, and the ability to work independently and unsupervised.
