Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare partner's expanding community nursing team in Middlesbrough. In this field-based role, you will deliver exceptional clinical care, medication administration, and patient education directly to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. By bridging the gap between hospital and home, you will empower patients to manage their treatments safely and independently across a wide range of therapy areas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high standards of clinical nursing care, including the administration of therapies and specialized treatments in line with service protocols.
Educate and train patients, carers, and family members to safely self-administer therapies.
Conduct home visits, telephone consultations, and virtual appointments as part of ongoing Patient Support Programmes.
Collaborate closely with the NHS, pharmaceutical clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
Effectively manage daily travel routes across Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire region (with all travel time included within working hours).
Skills and Qualifications
Active registration on the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register (essential).
Proven hands-on experience with subcutaneous injections (essential).
High level of computer literacy and strong communication skills.
5+ years of post-registration experience, previous homecare background, and clinical competencies in cannulation, venepuncture, or IV therapies (highly desirable).
A full UK driving license and comfort with regular daily travel.
