Position: 7.5T Driver - Morning Shift
Location: Stonehouse (Distribution depot operating a fleet of 21 vehicles on 31 routes, serving convenience retailers and forecourts in the region)
Pay Rate: £14.90 to £18.62 per hour (Plus an additional £1.15 per hour for hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00; overtime premium payable after 42 hours at time and a quarter)
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday with a fixed rest day (No Sunday work; 04:00 start time; routes run 8 to 12 hours long, averaging 20 to 30 drops per day)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated logistics and driving talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
Operating out of their Stonehouse distribution depot, we are currently seeking a customer-focused and professional 7.5T Driver for the morning shift to help keep Britain fed by delivering fresh chilled food and everyday essentials to stores across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Multi-Drop: Complete 20 to 30 multi-drop deliveries per shift along planned routes, maintaining a high standard of professional customer service.
Stock & Schedule: Ensure timely and safe transport of fresh products from the distribution depot to local convenience retailers and forecourts.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all UK driving laws, health and safety guidelines, and company transport policies.
What We Are Looking For
Licence & Experience: Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months (with a maximum of 6 points) plus at least 6 months of HGV experience (7.5T and/or upwards).
Core Skills: Great interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and absolute reliability.
