As a Senior Care Assistant - Days, you will support residents with their daily care needs while supervising and guiding the care team to maintain exceptional standards of care. You will help monitor residents' wellbeing, assist with care planning, and ensure a positive experience for residents and their families.
Deliver high-quality personal care while supporting the day-to-day leadership of the care team.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and contribute to person-centred care planning and record keeping.
Provide guidance to care staff and maintain effective communication with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Previous experience working in a senior care or similar care environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a compassionate approach.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
