Pay Rate: £22.62 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (36 hours per week) | Day Shifts

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at Sutton Grange Care Home, you will play a vital role in looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will create a safe, supportive environment for individuals with diverse physical and mental health needs, utilizing your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments
Administering medication safely and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence
Upholding regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
Enjoying the autonomy to deliver person-centred care in a respected, supportive team
About You
To join us as a Registered Nurse, you will need:
Current NMC registration and up-to-date clinical knowledge
Experience in creating robust care plans and risk assessments
