About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lewin House, a modern and spacious care home in Aylesbury featuring 70 individual rooms across four wings, complete with specialist nursing units and fantastic communal and outdoor spaces.
As a Permanent Activities Co-Ordinator (25 hours per week), you will be the heart of our vibrant community. You will design, create, and deliver a stimulating programme of events and entertainment tailored to our residents' individual needs, helping them maintain their independence, pursue their hobbies, and create wonderful new memories.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Background in organising events, activities, or working with elderly people in a residential or nursing care setting.
Personality & Passion: Confident in engaging residents on both a group and one-to-one basis, with a natural flair for building community links and encouraging family and team participation.
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent part-time contract (25 hours per week) in a supportive, rewarding environment.
