About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Bank Healthcare Assistants on a flexible zero-hour basis on behalf of Dove House in Creswell (just a 10-minute drive from Worksop), a specialist residential service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex needs stepping down from hospital.
In this vital support role, you will help service users lead valued, fulfilled lives in a robust and spacious environment. Enjoy total control over your schedule using a handy shift-booking app, with weekday, night, and weekend shifts readily available, preceded by a fully paid two-week induction!
What You Will Need
Experience: Previous professional experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Worker, specifically with Complex Care, Personality Disorders, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities.
Attributes: A positive, resilient, and compassionate attitude, with strong vigilance and a passion for empowering vulnerable individuals.
Proximity & Attitude: A flexible approach to working standard 12.5-hour shifts on a 24/7 rota, and ideally living within a manageable commute of Worksop/Creswell (S80 4BX).
