Salary: £85,000 per annum (plus performance bonuses up to 100% of salary and quality-based bonuses up to £10k)
Hours: 40.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Day Shifts

About You
To join us as a Home Manager, you will need:
Inspirational leadership skills with a deep passion for person-centred care.
A successful track record of developing and motivating multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding care through continuous improvement.
Excellent organisational, financial management, and communication skills.
Care home management, marketing, and occupancy experience.
A strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance guidelines.
The ability to build strong, positive links within the local community.
