About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Staff Nurse (RMN or RNLD) on a permanent basis on behalf of Dove House in Creswell (just a short distance from Worksop), an 8-bedded specialist residential service supporting adults under 65 with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and complex needs stepping down from hospital care.
In this vital clinical role, you will ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate nursing care while supporting colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. You will take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care, as well as providing mentorship and maintaining accurate clinical records in a busy, rewarding environment.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with a current, active NMC registration.
Skills: Strong team-working skills, a high level of self-motivation, excellent clinical judgment, and a flexible, positive approach.
Attributes: Naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to high-quality, evidence-based care practice.
Proximity & Attitude: A commitment to supporting vulnerable adults, and ideally living within a manageable commute of Worksop/Creswell (S80 4BX).
