About the Role

This is a casual, part-time position offering true working flexibility. As a Bank Support Worker at an independent mental health hospital, you will use your intuition and empathy to help patients get the most out of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients with complex and sometimes challenging behaviors.

• Becoming a key part of patients' day-to-day lives, ensuring they are always treated with dignity and respect.

• Striving to help create a safe environment in which patients can live as independently as possible.

• Providing flexible cover for planned or unplanned absences (such as annual leave or sick leave), meaning hours and working days will vary.
