Looking for a flexible care role that fits seamlessly around your personal schedule? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Care Assistant to join the team at Llys Y Tywysog Care Home on a casual, flexible basis.
In this role, you will provide essential cover as and when needed (such as for annual or sick leave), helping residents enjoy each day by delivering high-quality care, meaningful companionship, and dedicated support.
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour (inclusive of a 12.07% bank worker enhancement)
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role)
Shifts: Mixed (Days or Nights available)
Closing Date: 22 August 2026
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and food and drink support.
Provide warm-hearted companionship, sharing great moments and memories to enrich residents' daily lives.
Follow tailored care plans and ensure every resident receives valued one-to-one time.
Adapt to a varied and rewarding daily routine, ensuring the highest standards of care and support.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience caring for older people.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive, can-do approach.
Genuine empathy, a warm disposition, and a true passion for helping others.
