ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive continuous, high-quality care, comfort, and security throughout the night. This permanent night-shift position offers a fulfilling, essential role where your attentiveness and care directly safeguard the wellbeing and peace of mind of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with night-time routines, personal care, comfort, and mobility support.

• Carry out regular wellbeing checks throughout the night while respecting residents' rest and privacy.

• Follow individual care plans to uphold every resident's dignity, safety, and individual preferences.

• Respond promptly to call bells and night-time needs, providing warm reassurance and companionship when needed.

• Maintain clear night-time documentation and provide thorough handovers to daytime staff.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking empathetic, hardworking individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding care to older adults during night shifts.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older people.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

• Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude, comfortable with night-shift routines and independent responsibility.
