What You Will Be Doing
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to adults who have a learning disability and/or mental health needs.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team at Chesterfield House to deliver person-centred, outcome-focused interventions supporting recovery and independent living skills.
Support colleagues, promote strong teamwork, and ensure accurate clinical record-keeping.
Work flexible 12.5-hour standard shifts (weekdays, nights, and weekends available) with no minimum hours required.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A relevant professional nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD) with active NMC registration.
Previous nursing experience within a similar mental health, learning disability, or residential care setting.
Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach.
A positive, naturally caring, and compassionate attitude with a good sense of humour.
Where You Will Be Working
Chesterfield House in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire (LN6 9SP) is a specialist Learning Disability and Autism service providing care and support to adults who have learning disabilities and/or mental health needs. Designed as small group or single-person environments replicating ordinary living settings, the home focuses heavily on building daily living skills and transitioning toward greater independence.
