Hospitality (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Manorhey for a Hospitality (Bank) team member to join their team in Urmston, UK.

In this role, you will report to the Care Manager and play a key part in providing a professional, welcoming, and relaxed dining experience for residents and visitors. Working flexibly alongside the catering and care teams, you will help deliver high standards of food and beverage service while ensuring a clean and pleasant atmosphere in all dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport prepared food from the kitchen and serve meals and refreshments to residents in a warm, friendly manner.

• Set up dining tables, maintain clean work areas, and prepare service areas to ensure strict hygiene standards.

• Ensure refreshments are continuously available and adapt flexibly to the individual dining needs of residents.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a caring, friendly approach.

• Strong team-working abilities, self-motivation, and flexibility to work bank shifts.

• Right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of Urmston, UK.
