Take full autonomy and ownership of technical solutions, from initial requirements through design, implementation, testing, and delivery.

What You Will Do

• Technical Ownership: Take ownership of technical workstreams and projects from solution design through to development, testing, and implementation.

• Backend & Data Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain backend applications, automation, and geospatial data-processing solutions using Python and SQL.

• Database Architecture: Design and evolve relational database schemas, data models, and supporting processes to handle complex geographic datasets.

• Integration & Maintenance: Integrate software with internal and third-party services via REST APIs, and investigate/resolve technical issues affecting live production services.

What You Will Bring

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python (backend applications, services, integrations, automation) and experienced with SQL and relational database schema design.

• Data Handling: Comfortable working with complex datasets, making key decisions around data structure, validation, and transformation.

• API Experience: Experienced in consuming or developing REST APIs.

• Autonomous & Collaborative: Able to independently take ownership of technical work while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and team members.
