Prepare, cook, and present high-quality, seasonal meals while maintaining strong cost control and minimizing kitchen waste.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or Assistant Chef with a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
Strong financial awareness regarding food costs, along with excellent time management and culinary skills.
Right to work in the UK and availability to cover flexible bank shifts within a commutable distance of Newton Aycliffe, UK.
