In this varied and vital role, no two days are the same! You’ll be right at the heart of the store—keeping shelves stocked, running tills accurately, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps customers coming back.

• Stock & Merchandising: Replenish stock, check product quality, and maintain excellent visual standards across the store floor.

• Till Operations: Handle checkout transactions accurately, promptly, and with a smile.

• Team Operations: Work collaboratively with colleagues to keep the store running seamlessly during peak hours.

Skills & Experience Required

• Great Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and eager to help both customers and teammates.

• Active & Driven: Hardworking, adaptable, and comfortable staying busy on your feet.

• Core Skills: Confident with basic numbers and checkout handling.

• Reliability: Dependable and flexible with a positive, "can-do" attitude in a lively setting.

• Experience: Prior retail experience is helpful, but not essential—the right attitude matters most!

• Competitive Pay & Progression: £13.50 – £14.47 per hour, with structured pay increases based on service.

• Flexible Hours: Part-time flexible contracts ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week.

Important: Shifts can begin as early as 6:00 AM or finish as late as 10:00 PM depending on store schedule. Please ensure you have reliable transport to get to the Homer Road, Solihull location for these times prior to applying.
