Staff Nurse – Outpatients (Bank)

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join the Outpatients team at a top-tier private hospital in Tunbridge Wells, UK. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients across a broad range of outpatient procedures and specialist services.

Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will support outpatient clinics on an ad-hoc schedule, including potential weekend shifts. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, utilizing your clinical skills to ensure continuity of care, safety, and reassurance for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied clinical caseload across outpatient services, applying clinical skills during consultations and procedures.

• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and practitioners across departments to deliver seamless continuity of patient care.

• Provide personalized comfort, support, and clear communication to patients and their families throughout their clinical care pathway.

Requirements

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

• Proven post-registration nursing experience, ideally within an acute hospital or outpatient setting.

• Strong clinical and technical capabilities paired with an empathetic, patient-focused approach.
