Salary: £22.09 - £25.53 per hour + Paid Breaks + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time (48-hour contract, flexible across day and night shifts: 07:00-13:00, 07:00-19:00, 19:00-07:00)

We are partnering with Puttenham Hill House (part of Bupa) to find a driven Registered Nurse for a full-time permanent role. In this vital position, you will take total responsibility for resident wellbeing, manage clinical duties on the unit, and act as a trusted pillar of support for residents, families, and your care team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing unit operations alongside clinical duties, including overseeing care, administering and ordering medication, and reviewing individual care plans.
Conducting assessments, developing and evaluating person-centred care plans, and ensuring all practices conform to the highest regulatory and legal standards.
Providing clinical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the care team, supporting CQC compliance and shift handovers.
Building meaningful connections with residents and their families, delivering kindness, reassurance, and expert support.
What We’re Looking For
A valid NMC pin and active registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience maintaining high clinical standards, auditing practices, and supporting care teams.
Strong critical thinking, self-reliance, and effective communication skills (especially crucial for managing night shifts and emergency situations calmly).
