We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit a dedicated Night Hygiene Operative for their advanced manufacturing site in Brackley. No prior manufacturing or cleaning experience is necessary—full training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities
Factory Cleaning: Clean the factory to the highest required standards using company Cleaning Instruction Cards.
Machinery & Equipment Care: Thoroughly clean all machinery using chemicals and jet washers, and wipe down equipment post-clean to guarantee zero residue before production start-up.
Compliance & Timeliness: Comply fully with department cleaning standards and strict timelines to ensure production starts right on schedule.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We Are Looking For
Skills: Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
Attitude: Strong attention to detail, a flexible approach to tasks, good teamwork, and effective communication skills.
Experience: Relevant production or manufacturing experience is welcome, though not essential.
Important Requirements:
Due to strict Bird Welfare policies, applicants must not own any avian pets or poultry.
Must be comfortable working nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) in a fast-paced FMCG factory environment that can be noisy and refrigerated in certain areas.
