Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Bank Activities Assistant / Coordinator to join the team at Glebefields Care Home on a casual, flexible basis.
In this role, you will provide essential temporary cover as and when needed, devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to residents' interests to maximize their wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Casual flexible role)
Shifts: Days
Closing Date: 1 September 2026
Key Responsibilities
Get to know residents and their families to design personalized, engaging activity programmes.
Organize imaginative, fun, and motivational events suited to a diverse range of interests and abilities.
Foster high levels of social engagement, independence, and wellbeing among residents.
Use your infectious enthusiasm to inspire both residents and staff to participate in activities within the home and local community.
Provide flexible temporary cover to support the home as needed (such as during annual or sick leave).
