Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Manager to join the family at Laverstock Care Centre, an 80-bedded nursing, dementia, and residential care home in Salisbury.

In this vital leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of dining, hospitality, and housekeeping services, ensuring our residents experience an atmosphere of warmth, elegance, and comfort that truly feels like home.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining and hospitality operations, guaranteeing top-tier food quality, presentation, and service standards.

• Manage all aspects of hospitality services, including special events, family visits, and resident gatherings.

• Train, mentor, and supervise dining, hospitality, and housekeeping teams to foster a culture of warmth and attentiveness.

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with residents and their families to understand and cater to individual preferences and nutritional needs.

• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards across all dining and hospitality areas.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a care home, luxury residential, or high-end service environment.

• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing residents' quality of life.

• Knowledge of dietary requirements and nutrition in a care setting is highly desirable.
