About the Role
Are you an experienced medical professional looking to champion employee wellbeing, workplace safety, and clinical excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Physician to join the growing team at TAC Healthcare Group in Aberdeen.
In this vital clinical leadership role, you will deliver high-quality occupational health services to a varied client base, providing clear, evidence-based advice on management referrals, fitness-for-work assessments, and complex case reviews. (Note: Full training and support are available for applicants with limited occupational medicine experience, including backing toward your DOccMed qualification!)
Key Responsibilities
Undertake occupational health consultations, fitness-for-work assessments, and complex case reviews.
Provide clear, impartial, and evidence-based clinical advice to employees, managers, and clients.
Support the management of complex occupational health cases and recommend appropriate workplace adjustments.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical records in line with GMC and Faculty of Occupational Medicine standards.
Provide clinical advice, supervision, and mentorship to members of the wider occupational health team.
Collaborate with operational, clinical, and account management colleagues to support service development and clinical governance.
Opportunity to support topside medical services and the clinical supervision of remote or offshore medics.
What We Are Looking For
A recognized medical degree with a minimum of 3 years of post-registration clinical experience.
Full GMC registration with a current licence to practise.
Relevant experience delivering occupational health services (holding a DOccMed is ideal, but we gladly support candidates working toward it).
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with sound clinical judgement and commercial awareness.
