Pay Rate: £23.34 per hour + £2,000 'Golden Hello' Welcome Bonus

About the Role
Are you an experienced, hands-on clinical leader looking for an empowering role where you can guide a dedicated team and shape the highest standards of nursing care?
As a Senior Nurse (General) at Fairview House Care Home, you will use your leadership skills to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs. You will have the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way, making critical clinical decisions and mentoring your team to ensure clinical excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Acting as a hands-on clinical leader, assessing resident needs, and implementing safeguarding policies
Administering medicines in line with NMC regulations and producing detailed care plans and risk assessments
Supporting, training, and mentoring your nursing team, including helping newly qualified nurses through preceptorship
Driving continuous quality improvements and maintaining the highest standard of person-centred care
About You
To join us as a Senior Nurse, you will need:
A valid Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification with current NMC registration and a mentoring or supervision qualification
Proven nursing experience working with older people and acting as a clinical mentor
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
A natural leadership style, problem-solving mindset, and a resilient, ambitious approach to delivering quality care
