Care Assistant (Day)

As a Care Assistant (Day), you will play a central role in delivering compassionate, person-centered care. Working closely alongside your colleagues, you will assist residents with their daily needs, build meaningful relationships, and help ensure their individual preferences are honored.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently assist residents with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, washing, and mealtime support.

• Contribute to updating personalized care plans to reflect each resident's changing needs and wishes.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and their families to encourage comfort and dignity.

Requirements

• A compassionate, reliable, and empathetic approach to supporting individuals in a residential care home.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a shift-based team.

• Right to work in the UK and ability to commute within a reasonable distance of Saffron Walden, UK.
