We are proud to partner with Bupa to source a dedicated Physiotherapy Lead for Wingham Court Care Home. As our Physiotherapy Lead, you will provide bespoke therapeutic care management at Wingham Court, which specializes in recovery care for the young and physically disabled, as well as specialist neurological rehabilitation for adults aged 18 to 70. You will lead, mentor, and supervise a rehabilitation team while delivering tailored clinical programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic care management by delivering bespoke clinical management programmes for residents with complex needs.
Evaluate resident progress, regularly reassessing and altering treatments as required.
Communicate and provide support in an understandable way to residents, carers, and multidisciplinary staff members.
Deliver a reliable, coordinated rehabilitation physiotherapy team and service.
Complete administrative duties, including maintaining accurate clinical records and handling enquiries in a timely manner.
A degree in Physiotherapy, a current HCPC Registration, and an active CSP membership (essential).
Proven experience working with clients with complex needs or neurological rehabilitation.
An effective communicator and natural leader with the ability to mentor and supervise a therapy team in a complex care setting.
