About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Nurse (RMN) on a permanent basis on behalf of Arbury Court in Warrington—a specialist facility providing medium-secure, low-secure, and psychiatric intensive care (PICU) environments for adult women with personality disorders and mental health conditions.
Note: You must have completed your preceptorship to be considered for this post.
Working as an integral part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will take responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating high-quality, evidence-based care. Your day-to-day work will be engaging and varied, focusing on personalized recovery pathways that help service users build a better quality of life and progress safely along their journey.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: A relevant nursing qualification (RMN) with a current, active NMC registration, and successfully completed preceptorship.
Experience: Previous professional nursing experience gained within the NHS or private healthcare sector.
Attributes: High self-motivation, strong team-working skills, a flexible approach, a positive attitude, and a natural commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
Proximity & Commutability: Located just off Junction 9 of the M62 in Winwick, Arbury Court benefits from excellent transport links, making it easily accessible from most local areas between Liverpool and Manchester.
