Healthcare Assistant - Level 3

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of The Dermatology Partnership (part of Bupa Health Services) for a Healthcare Assistant - Level 3 to join their clinic in Oxford, UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate healthcare professional to support the delivery of high-quality dermatology services within a busy clinical environment. You will work closely with clinicians and nursing staff to ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, clinical equipment, and theatre areas while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

• Assist clinicians during consultations and minor procedures, ensuring patients receive safe and compassionate care.

• Monitor clinical stock levels and maintain accurate patient records in accordance with clinic procedures.

Requirements

• Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care and a valid Care Certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-focused approach.

• An interest in dermatology and understanding of CQC standards within a clinical environment.
