Position: Patient Administration Lead (Permanent Role)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with the newly opened, cutting-edge Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich—part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading independent healthcare provider—to recruit a proactive Patient Administration Lead for their Administration department.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours a week on a flexible shift pattern. In this pivotal supervisory role at our state-of-the-art facility, you will lead daily administrative operations, coordinate patient flow, and mentor a talented team to ensure world-class service standards are consistently achieved.
Team Leadership: Lead, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the patient administration team to ensure service targets and quality standards are met.
Workforce & Task Management: Allocate daily tasks, oversee workforce planning, and maintain robust administrative cover across all hospital areas.
Patient Journey & Flow: Ensure the smooth execution of patient bookings, admissions, discharges, and outpatient appointments while actively driving process improvements to eliminate delays and inefficiencies.
Clinical Liaison: Work closely with clinical teams to monitor patient flow processes and guarantee accurate, timely scheduling.
Operational Point of Contact: Serve as the primary operational contact for queries, guiding staff and escalating issues when necessary.
Experience: Proven administrative background within a healthcare administration or patient services role.
Leadership Skills: Strong team coordination, supervisory, or leadership experience.
Core Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organisation, and sharp attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and patient management systems.
Competitive Pay: Starting salary of up to £32,000.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and training.
