About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Morrisons to recruit friendly, hands-on Customer Assistants to join the Market Street and Café team in Exeter.

In this role, you will prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for. Whether you are serving meals in the Café or preparing fresh pizzas, fish, or meat on Market Street, you will play a key part in creating a special customer experience every day. You will also receive cross-training across other store areas, such as Replenishment and Customer Service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food across Market Street counters (such as fish, meat, or pizzas) and within the in-store Café.
Customer Care: Deliver friendly, helpful service, supporting customers and resolving queries in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines.
Store Flexibility: Cross-train and support other store departments, including Replenishment and Customer Service, ensuring seamless daily operations.
