About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with B&M to help you secure a retail role as a Customer Service Assistant in Newtownards. In this permanent part-time position, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced retail store operating 7 days a week, helping deliver a fantastic shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Deliver friendly and efficient customer service in a bustling retail setting.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively as a strong team player to keep the store running smoothly.
Task Execution: Maintain a proactive, "can-do" approach to ensure daily tasks and store standards are met efficiently.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Attitude: A big focus on personality, enthusiasm, and a proactive drive to get things done.
Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment is a bonus, but not essential.
Flexibility: A willingness to work flexible evening and weekend shift patterns.
