About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, reliable individuals for their replenishment team in Caterham.

In this role, you will work on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products. You will thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities. Specifically tailored for weekend evenings (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM), this role requires candidates who are over 18 and hold a valid driving license. You will also receive training to support other store departments such as Market Street or Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep store shelves fully stocked and impeccably presented with fresh and ambient products.

• Follow structured routines and timed activities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Fulfill evening shift schedules across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

• Provide flexible support across other store areas like Market Street or Customer Service when needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all company procedures.
