Pay Rate: Up to £16.89 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Permanent, full-time contract)
Shifts: Days
As a Care Community Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team to lead and inspire a team of carers and senior carers. Your core responsibilities will include:
Overseeing care delivery within your community to ensure exceptional standards
Managing and monitoring accurate, up-to-date care plans and safe medication management
Supporting resident wellbeing so they can live fulfilling and meaningful lives
Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team through positive leadership and by setting an example
To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and qualities:
A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Proven experience leading a care team within a care home environment
Strong, practical knowledge of person-centred care planning and medication management
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
A positive, professional, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for supporting older people
