Key Role Details

• Location: Elgar Court Care Home, 35 St Andrews Road, Malvern, WR14 3PT

• Pay Rate: Up to £16.89 per hour

• Hours: 38.5 hours per week (Permanent, full-time contract)

• Shifts: Days

About the Role

As a Care Community Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team to lead and inspire a team of carers and senior carers. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing care delivery within your community to ensure exceptional standards

• Managing and monitoring accurate, up-to-date care plans and safe medication management

• Supporting resident wellbeing so they can live fulfilling and meaningful lives

• Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team through positive leadership and by setting an example

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and qualities:

• A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Proven experience leading a care team within a care home environment

• Strong, practical knowledge of person-centred care planning and medication management

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• A positive, professional, compassionate approach and a genuine passion for supporting older people
