About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, customer-focused Customer Assistant for their Online team in Malvern.

In this exciting role, you will be picking and packing customer orders ready for delivery or collection. Working in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines, you will use in-store technology to accept orders, find the right products, and prepare them quickly and carefully. You will also receive cross-training to support other store areas like Replenishment and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or collection using in-store technology.

• Operate within a fast-paced, structured environment following clear routines and timed activities.

• Assist customers with a helpful approach and support query resolution when required.

• Provide flexible cross-functional support across other store departments, such as Replenishment and Customer Service.

• Ensure safe use of equipment and strict adherence to store processes.

What The Role Requires

• A helpful, friendly approach with a strong passion for putting customers first.

• Enjoys staying active, hands-on, and working in a busy, structured environment.

• Comfortable using in-store equipment and technology safely and following established processes.

• Available for morning shifts starting at 4:00 AM.

• Must be over the school leaver’s age (with some roles requiring colleagues to be over 18 due to health and safety).
