Role Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based perioperative care across a diverse orthopaedic patient caseload within a multidisciplinary team.
Support, mentor, and supervise junior clinical staff to uphold rigorous care standards in the operating theatre.
Ensure all clinical equipment and theatre environments are meticulously maintained and compliant with safety protocols.
Requirements
Active registration with the NMC or HCPC.
Substantial post-registration scrub/ODP experience specializing in orthopaedics.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a flexible approach to teamwork.
