Role Overview
As the Back End Team Leader, you will take day-to-day charge of the Back End production operations in a fast-paced, high-performing manufacturing environment. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the production process, driving targets, quality standards, and continuous improvement alongside Front End, Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and direct the Back End operation team on a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern.
Ensure production targets, strict quality standards, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Quality, and Warehouse teams to maintain a smooth production flow.
Drive adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Relevant Level 3 manufacturing, engineering, or operational qualification.
Demonstrated experience leading, coordinating, or supervising teams within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Back End can manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks.
