Position: Bank Registered Nurse (RGN)
Location: Chacombe Park Care Home, Banbury Road, Banbury, OX17 2JL
Pay Rate: £20.39 per hour
Hours: Flexible / Bank (As and when required to cover annual leave or sick leave)
Shift Type: Days or Nights Available

About the Role
This casual, part-time position offers ultimate working flexibility. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to help deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Clinical Excellence & Safety: Create a safe, supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental health needs while relying on your professional judgment for critical clinical decisions.
Core Responsibilities: Develop tailored care plans, administer medication safely, and produce detailed risk assessments in alignment with regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).

About You
Qualifications: Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN).
Knowledge & Experience: Solid up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, regulatory frameworks, and experience producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
