Live-In Complex Care Assistant
Locations: Brighton and Hove, Crawley, Eastbourne, Worthing (Live-in placements)
Schedule: Rotational patterns available (generally 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off)

Pay Rate: £135 per day

We are currently recruiting for Live-In Complex Care Assistants to help individuals with complex healthcare needs live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes across the Sussex area.
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we walk right alongside you through every step of the application process—helping you polish your CV, preparing you for success, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free transition into your new role.
Provide dedicated, person-centred one-to-one care living in the client's home for agreed periods (such as 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off).
Support clients in accordance with their individual care plans, clinical requirements, and daily routines.
Help clients maintain choice, control, and independence—whether supporting hobbies, community access, or ensuring comfort and security at home.
Observe and monitor wellbeing, follow detailed clinical guidance, maintain accurate records, and appropriately escalate any changes in condition.
Competitive daily pay rate of £135.

Previous experience working within healthcare, complex care, or supporting individuals with complex healthcare needs.
A compassionate, person-centred approach with a strong understanding of dignity, safeguarding, and professional boundaries.
Excellent observation, communication, and record-keeping skills, with the confidence to work independently in a client's home.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
