Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and day-to-day support tailored to each resident's individual needs.

• Encourage residents to participate in daily activities while supporting their nutrition and hydration.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team.

• Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.
