About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Five Rivers Child Care Ltd to recruit a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher for Willow View School in Warrington. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment tailored to children with individual needs. By delivering creative and inspiring experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, you will help young learners build essential foundations for future success, overcome barriers to learning, and achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Delivery: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS framework, sparking curiosity and confidence.
Environment & Wellbeing: Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning space that promotes positive behavior and emotional wellbeing.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, contributing actively to individual learning plans and educational reviews.
Collaboration: Build effective, supportive relationships with pupils, families, colleagues, and the wider multi-disciplinary team.
Key Requirements
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience: Experience teaching within the EYFS curriculum, with a strong understanding of early years education. (Experience working with children who have additional needs or require specialist support is highly advantageous.)
Core Skills: Excellent communication and organizational abilities, alongside a creative, flexible approach to teaching and learning.
